Submit your BOM file non-panelized even if the job is panelized. The Placement Bill of Materials (BOM) is a comma-separated file (CSV) which defines all the information needed to assemble your boards. Eagle CAD Users: just need to download a .ulp script from our downloads area which will generate this file.   Other CAD Package Users: See the FAQ for further information. And no, we don't care what the file name is.
